Here it is, past mid August and where did the Summer Go? From the Knit-Out in June to now – It has been a busy Summer at Mad About Ewe.
Emily has kept us busy finding room for more yarn and we told her it had to stop! There simply was no more room on the shelves – Emily, of course, did not listen to us – she knew that we would simply die if she stopped ordering in more yarn. We love all of the beautiful new options for knitting that she finds!
But one answer for the shortage of space is to have a sale! And today is the first day of our two week Summer Sale! Look for discounts from 15% to 70% and lots of them!
I have just finished posting the Class and Workshop lists! Check them out and see if there is anything that just looks like it is a must knit for you! You will note that there are several hats in the project gallery for the classes – hats are going to be the BIG “thing” this fall.
The Holden Shawlette KAL is going strong. Have you checked out the Picture Gallery on Facebook yet? What an amazing array of options! If you are coming to the Pic-Knit this weekend at Neck Point, don’t forget to bring your Holden Shawlette for the group picture!
Pic-Knit starts at 11:00 am and runs until 3:00 pm – we hope to see you there! By then Brenda will have decided what the next KAL will be and you can expect the announcement at the Pic-knit. I will update those who can’t make the pic-knit in the all of our media outlets, Ravelry, Facebook and the blog of course.
See you sometime this week, at Mad About Ewe for the sale or at Neck Point for the Pic-Knit!
