Emily’s Gathered Diagonal scarf – link to the free pattern is in the links section on the right hand side of the blog.

Checking it twice!…. I think that we all have been very nice!!

Lucille is modeling Annabelle’s Cowl by Chrurchmouse Yarns. Emily just finished this sample and the patterns and yarns are whizzing out of the store!

Emily has been playing Santa and finding everything that we didn’t even know we needed.  When she wasn’t hunting for new goodies for the store she has been knitting up samples for the store!  This makes her a very busy Boss!

Check out the gorgeous new needles that Emily has ordered in.

Knitters Pride is a new line of knitting needles, you may have seen their adds in the knitting magazines.  Yesterday we received several sets of interchangeable circs.  My favorite is the Rosewood limited edition set – it comes in a gorgeous box with a bonus rosewood shawl pin.  We also have sets of  the Dreamz needles with the coloured Wood tips and a couple of sets of the Acrylic tips as well.  These are made by the same company that makes KnitPicks needles.

There is a set of gorgeous Rosewood Crochet hooks as well.  These are also a limited edition, made by Knitters Pride, each hook decorated with a crystal.  These tools are beautifully presented in a silk box.  Got to be seen.

We also just received some scarf kits from Schaeffer yarn.

Linen Stitch Scarf – Schaeffer yarns Heather.

This kit knits up into a Linen Stitch Scarf – it is knit in the round and then finished flat.  Very cool!  The yarn in the kit is “Heather”, a gorgeous wool/silk blend and the colours are beautiful.  New from Schaeffer is “Nicole”  A hand-dyed sock yarn, in all of Schaeffers gorgeous colours.

Colours to knit…..socks or lace anyone?

Linda’s Three sweaters for Grandchildren – I hope we get a picture with them all being modelled!

Linda and Lorraine are knitting up great gifts for the special people in the their lives.  How is your Christmas Knitting coming along?  We still have time to pick up the needles and knock off a couple of quick gifts.

Happy “Christmas” Knitting

Lynette

Lorraine’s blister stitch Berry Cap – the Blister stitch is her own modification – Lorraine wanted this cap to really look like a berry and she was successful!
